The Sea Thermals have arrived as we head into the off season. The warm temperature of the ocean compared to the cooler land provides us with warm pockets of air to soar in. Saturday and Monday were great days and we had some lovely flights. We will still be flying all year around so if you haven't yet given us your dates of when you are available please do so. We are however closed from the 23rd October to the 5th November.
Yesterday was a gorgeous day at Woolacombe and we had some lovely flights, John getting the pick of them at the end of the day. The weekend is showing light winds so we won't be flying, however we will be keeping an eye on next Wednesday and Thursday (1st & 2nd)
Finally a break in the weather to give us some flying conditions for Woolacombe this week. Wednesday to Friday is looking like potential so if you are booked in on those days then call us on Tuesday night to confirm on which day works best.
The summer has flown past (literally!) and August was a busy month flying. This late beautiful weather however is not great for our Tandem Flying at Woolacombe. Westerly winds are not forecast for at least another week so if you are booked in from now until the 20th please contact us to fix an alternate date in the future. Next week we have a group booking lined up if the weather does change for the better. Enjoy the sunny weather though whilst it lasts!
Summer is flying by! Just to let those know who have not yet given us dates to fly, we are booked up until the start of September now. If you have a voucher and you haven't yet given us any dates when you are available please can you let me know what your availability is like from September on-wards.
