Make sure you read Fly Like a Bird's Terms and Conditions before you book your flight.

  1. Tandem Flight Vouchers are valid for twenty four months from the date of purchase.
  2. We can reschedule the booking if given sufficient notice or due to unsuitable weather.
  3. Vouchers are valid for 2 years from the date of issue. We do not provide refunds. However, because of the weather we provide an extended voucher time frame to ensure you are able to take the opportunity to Fly Like a Bird!
  4. Weight restrictions apply - Due to the prescription of maximum all up weight limits for the hang glider and its 2 occupants, a passenger weight limit of 14 stone / 92 kg applies with our current dual tandem pilot. For Paragliding the maximum weight is 100 kg,
  5. If the tandem passenger is unduly nervous or appears to be in any way intoxicated during the pre flight introduction the flight will be cancelled.
  6. Hang Gliding and Paragliding is inherently dangerous. Accidents can happen even when flying tandem with a qualified dual pilot.
  7. All persons hang gilding or paragliding in the UK must be members of the BHPA. Membership is included in the Voucher price and arranged on the day. As a member of the BHPA you are covered by their third party insurance, which is
    mandatory for our flying sites
  8. This policy does NOT provide you with personal accident insurance. This can be taken out on the day of the activity. If you would like more information before the day of your flight on this option please contact us directly.
  9. If this voucher is for anyone under 18 years of age, a signed letter of consent is required from their parent or guardian. If the participant is under 16 years of age a parent or guardian must be present during the briefing and flight.
  10. Refunds are not available.
  11. Failure to give us sufficient notice (less than 48 hours) in postponing the booking will result in the cancellation of the voucher.

Payment is made in two ways:

  1. By Paypal. Please choose which items you would like to book and complete the booking securely through this method.
    2. Complete the electronic form to confirm your booking.
  2. By Cheque. Please complete the booking form found in the link below. Enclose a cheque and mail to the address listed.

Once payment has been received, funds cleared and booking form completed, we will mail you your own custom Gift Voucher with more detailed information on your booking.
