Hang gliding over Woolacombe with Fly Like A Bird

Ahead we have rain Friday and Sunday but there is a good forecast for Tandem Hang Gliding on Saturday at Woolacombe.

The showers will persist over the next couple of days but we should get some clearer air off the Altantic Ocean on Wednesday and Thursday so we are keeping an eye on it. If you are booked in for this week then we will be in touch about what the conditions on Tuesday night.

Last Sunday was a small window but we were still able to get a Tandem Flight in before the wind dropped. Sally had a great time flying above the birds at Woolacombe!

We have a slow moving High Pressure system drifting over the Atlantic this week so we will probably have to wait until Saturday for the westerly winds to follow through after the cold front passes. There is a small chance that Wednesday may work but we will update you if that starts to look favourable.

We have a low pressure system moving in from the Atlantic this evening which will bring some unsettled weather this week. There may be a window for flying Wednesday evening or Thursday. Further ahead the long range looks like Saturday is going to give us Westerly winds for Tandem Hang Gliding at Woolacombe.
